Yashasvi Jaiswal has become a popular figure in the world of cricket recently. The 21-year-old left-handed opener from Mumbai has achieved something remarkable by scoring a century in his first Test match for India against West Indies at Windsor Park in Dominica on July 13, 2023.

Jaiswal received his Test cap from captain Rohit Sharma and reached this milestone on the second day of the match after facing 215 balls. He became the first Indian opener to score a century on his debut away from home and the fifth Indian overall to achieve this feat.
